Principal SF Ballerina Dores André’s 34 Min Daily Workout
This 34 min ballerina workout was developed by principal Ballerina Dores André of SF Ballet. The 30 minute barre sequence is followed by floor work and a bit of cardio. The routine is a collection of functional exercises that knit together key muscle groups (glutes, core, lower back) and strengthen the body without bulking it up.
BOXERINA 15 Min Ballet Blast By Nancy Richer
This 15 Min Power Ballet Routine targets the legs, arms and glutes. Short and effective and one of my favorite series to do when I don’t have much time but want an effective, elegant toning workout. Great combined with any of the other 15-30 min sequences if you want a longer workout.
BOXERINA 30 Min Recharge & Reset
This 30 min sequence is approx 23 min standing flow followed by a mini floor arm series and meditative stretch. Aimed at getting the body to focus on awakening tiny muscle groups and move through beauty with grace. Add 1-2 pound wrist weights for more intensity. Danni is wearing 1 pound weights in this series.
BOXERINA 15 Min Arm Blast
This 15 min BOXERINA Arm series includes a lot of my favorite go-to arm exercises that target all the tiny muscles in the arms. Add wrist weights of your choice for more intensity and grab a resistance band for part of the floor series. This is a great episode to combine with another sequence if want a longer workout.
BOXERINA Sweat and Sculpt by Paine Tiller

This sequence covers glutes, arms, legs, and all stabilizing muscles as it incorporates slow balancing movements.
