This 25 min Full Body Boxerina Sculpting sequence tones the whole body. Easy to follow boxerina moves paired with some stabilizing and floor exercises. If you’re advanced, add light ankle/arm weights for more intensity.
BOXERINA Zen Toning Flow
In this 25 Min Zen flow, you’ll get the blood flowing and heart rate up with tiny concentrated movements. A mix of dance and floor work, well use the weight of the body to fatigue tiny muscle groups. If you’re advanced, you may want ankle/arm weights for added intensity.
